For pre-professional and professional dancers, an ongoing series of online classes dedicated to addressing corrections dancers hear on a daily basis as well as both restorative and conditioning sessions. Also, virtual meet ups and Q&A sessions will be included as well as access to a video library of short tutorials.

For movement educators, online classes focused on developing teaching skills and lesson planning. Centered around the archetypal issues dancers face every day in the ballet studio, the classes will be structured around themes and include anatomical information, manual and verbal cueing suggestions, the use of props for feedback, and more.
